Team8 Active operates a results-driven gym and 6-week medical program for the over-50s community, based at 4/645–647 Pittwater Rd, Dee Why NSW 2099, on Sydney's Northern Beaches. We work alongside Team8 Physio, our affiliated physiotherapy practice, to deliver assessments and one-on-one sessions as part of our programs.

We keep membership and billing records for as long as needed for legal, accounting and program-continuity purposes. Health and assessment records from our medical programs are retained in line with clinical record-keeping obligations, then securely destroyed or de-identified.
